Alexander Sinchuk was born in Nakhodka, Primorsky Region. He began to study music at the age of seven at the Children’s School of Arts in the town of Bolshoi Kamen under Elena Kulikova; from 2000 he continued his studies under Izolda Zemskova, Honoured Artist of Russia and professor at the Academy of Arts of the Far East (Vladivostok). During his studies in Vladivostok the young pianist frequently gave recitals in the Russian Far East, Japan and South Korea. In August 2002 Alexander Simchuk participated in master-classes at the X International Summer Arts School New Names in Suzdal, appearing in the class of Naum Shtarkman, People’s Artist of Russia and a professor at the Moscow Conservatoire; in September the same year he was admitted to the Central School of Music of the Moscow Conservatoire, class of Nina Makarova, Honoured Culture Worker of the Russian Federation. In 2005 Sinchuk took part in international master-classes given by Professor Rudolf Buchbinder of Basel’s Musik-Akademie in Zurich (Switzerland). In 2006 he graduated with distinction from the Central School of Music and continued his studies at the Moscow Conservatoire under Professor Valery Pyasetsky, Honoured Artist of Russia. Having graduated from the conservatoire with distinction in 2011 Alexander Sinchuk began his postgraduate studies. The same year, the pianist trained at a master-class of Dmitri Bashkirov, People’s Artist of Russia. Since 2012 Alexander Sinchuk has studied at the Thornton School of Music of the University of Southern California (Los Angeles, USA) in one of the most prestigious Artist Diploma programmes for outstanding young performers (class of the internationally renowned pianist Daniel Pollack, a prize-winner at the Tchaikovsky International Competition in 1958). 
Alexander Sinchuk’s international performing career took off following his victory at the IV International Rachmaninoff Competition in Moscow in 2008, where the nineteen-year-old pianist’s main prize was the opportunity to perform a recital at the legendary Carnegie Hall in New York. The pianist continues to perform recitals today at venues in Moscow and throughout Russia, the CIS and abroad including such countries as Ukraine, Serbia, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Germany, Great Britain, France, Denmark, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Israel, the USA, Morocco, Turkey, Japan and South Korea. As a grant-recipient of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Foundation, the Sinchuk has frequently performed in Russia and abroad in recital and in concerts with the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia under maestro Spivakov and the Ra’ananaа Symphony Orchestra under Nir Kabaretti. Between January and March 2010 Alexander Sinchuk gave thirty-seven concerts as part of a major tour of the USA with the Moscow Radio and TV Symphony Orchestra (conducted by Alexei Kornienko and Robert Cole. 
The performer has well-established links with numerous Russian and international music ensembles, among them the Symphony Orchestra of the Sofia Philharmonic, the Belgrade Symphony Orchestra, the Russian Philharmonic symphony orchestra of Moscow, the Concert Symphony Orchestra of the Moscow Conservatoire, the Academic Semphony Orchestra of the Zaporozhian Regional Philharmonic, the Academic Symphony Orchestra of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine, the Omsk Symphony Orchestra, the State Academic Symphony Cappella of Russia, the Gubernatorial Orchestra of Vladimir, the Ulyanovsk State Academic Gubernatorial Symphony Orchestra, the Voronezh Youth Symphony Orchestra, the Morocco Philharmonic Orchestra and the Brandenburgische Staatsorchester Frankfurt among others. Alexander Sinchuk is a regular guest at such international classical music festivals as the Festival de Segovia (Spain), Le Festival du Touquet (France), the Wörthersee Classics Festival (Austria), the Musikfesttage Festival (Germany), the Copenhagen Summer Festival(Denmark), Khortytsa Chords (Ukraine) and Rachmaninoff 24 (Russia). 
On numerous occasions Alexander Sinchuk has been a grant-recipient of various foundations and programmes including the Regional Charitable Foundation Russian Performing Arts (2003-2006), the presidential programme Young Talents (2002, 2004) and the Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Foundation (2005-2008). 
In 2009 Vista Vera released the disc Rachmaninoff. Romances with a chamber ensemble including pianist Alexander Sinchuk and baritone Pavel Baransky. In 2010 at the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatoire Alexander Sinchuk recorded a solo disc featuring masterpieces by the Russian composers Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Alexander Scriabin and Sergei Rachmaninoff).
